SANFORD, FL, May 1st., 2009 --Vaughan Inc. recently announced that the Board of Directors has elected Rick Vaughan as President and Chief Executive Officer. He will lead the redevelopment of the nursery operations beginning with new management in business development, sales and marketing.

In support of this new change, Jack Vaughan will transition out after taking over for Earl Vaughan. Jack had served as the company’s Predisent since 1989.
